ChangeForLife Counselling provides a platform to explore what is going on for an individual and provides a safe place to work through what is happening for them. It can also be a foundation for stepping out of destructive habits or addictions that can keep you feeling lost and alone, like gambling, drinking, drug abuse, eating disorders, sex addiction or any other unhelpful patterns. It can be a platform to talk through any historic or current problems and give you the opportunity to make the changes required to move forward. It allows you to work through them in your own time and at your own pace in a safe and confidential environment.
Sometimes it helps to take a step back with a counsellor in a safe and secure environment and evaluate those behaviours, find alternative ways of dealing with stress, emotional issues or addiction.
