Which treatment is right for me?
If you’re unsure whether you need physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, massage or another service, get in touch with the clinic and we can help point you in the right direction.
What should I wear?
It is best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that can easily be taken off and put back on. Try to avoid anything too tight-fitting, as there may still be some residual massage oil on your skin after your treatment, which could transfer onto your clothing and make you feel uncomfortable afterwards.
Another way to prepare is to tie your hair up or put it into a bun out of the way. This will help to stop your hair from getting oily and also keep it out of your therapist’s way during treatment.
If you’re female and you’re not comfortable being topless, that’s absolutely fine. Wearing a normal bra that can easily be unclipped will allow your therapist to access your back without you having to fully undress. If you forget, that’s no problem either, as we have gowns available in all of our treatment rooms for you to use.
