Stephen Mann

Steve graduated from the Oxford School of Osteopathy in 1998 and has been in continuous practice ever since.

He takes the time to listen carefully to each patient’s story and understand how pain or restricted movement may be affecting the activities that matter to them, whether that is playing with their grandchildren, gardening, walking or simply feeling more comfortable day to day.

Over the years, Steve has developed a safe, gentle and focused approach to osteopathic treatment that is suitable for all ages. His treatments may include techniques such as soft tissue massage and joint mobilisation, alongside an individually tailored rehabilitation programme designed to help patients work towards their goals.

Steve also has an extensive background in occupational health, having previously worked with Tata Steel in South Wales and currently running a weekly clinic for South Western Railway in Southampton.
