I’m originally from the Midlands and moved to the island in 2022 with my family and much-loved dog, Fergus. Having now moved back I’m excited to be practicing as a Chiropractor here in Cowes.I studied in Bournemouth, attending the Anglo European College of Chiropractic, and graduated in summer of 2024 with a Masters of Chiropractic. During my time at university I had the chance to work with a wide range of people treating various injuries from strains and sprains, to managing and adapting treatment to more chronic conditions.
I have a keen interest in the role of chiropractic in sports, having played rugby since the age of 8, I’m well accustomed to how frustrating and demoralising injuries can be having suffered my fair share! I find sometimes less talked about is the impact pain and reduced function can have on our mental health; therefore, I’m a firm advocate for creating a friendly environment where this can be discussed if desired. These factors are what motivated me to become a chiropractor, and help others lead more comfortable, fulfilling lives!
Outside of Chiropractic I enjoy building and maintaining bikes, cycling around the island and surfing around Compton Bay when the weather permits. My other passion is classic cars. My most recent project was a 1987 Volvo estate which I converted to a micro camper car! Granted it was still a bit of a squeeze.
